The Chamber will:

Contact local newspapers/photographers
Invite Mayor of Germantown and other City officials
Have representatives from the Chamber of Commerce - Executive Director, Board Members and Ambassadors.
Furnish ribbon and cermonial sissors for ribbon cutting
Provide suggested agenda
Advertise event in Chamber News

You, the participating business, will be responsible for:

Refreshments
Printed invitations (this is optional). The Chamber has membership labels available for a nominal charge.
Business information - Company name, brief history, principals

We recommend that these events be held before 10 a.m. or after 4 p.m. for maximum attendance.
