Pat Scroggs - Executive Director |
Every office needs direction and Executive Director Pat Scroggs has vast experience in organizing and working with volunteers. With over 30 years of Germantown Community service, including school, church and political activities, she has held leadership positions in all her endeavors. She and husband Larry reared three sons in Germantown, enjoying sports, recreation and educational opportunities the city provided. Before coming to the Chamber, she worked as the Memphis Regional Representative for Governor Don Sundquist for six years. She also served in a volunteer capacity for the Germantown Area Chamber. She is a graduate and past Board member of Leadership Germantown and was one of Germantown's Hometown Heroes in 2000. She currently serves on the Ladies Ministry Committee for the Germantown Church of Christ, is an active member of the Germantown Performing Arts Guild, Board member of the Germantown Art Alliance and Chairman of their annual Gala, and serves on the Board of Directors of the National Federation of Republican Women. She was appointed to the vision 2020 and the Smart Growth committees by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen to assess Germantown's character, amenities and quality of life and future.

Sandy Rhodes - Administrative Assistant |
Sandy Rhodes came to the Chamber in July of 2005 from the Homewood Suites hotel. Previous to that, she spent 10 years as a substitute teacher at Southwind Elementary, Germantown Elementary and Germantown Middle School. She was born in Alabama, and later moved to Memphis with her family in 1972. She and her husband, John, have been married for 22 years and live in Germantown with their son Drew, daughter Kirby, and toy poodle “Christie”. Drew is a junior at The University of Tennessee in Knoxville and Kirby is a Freshman also at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. When she is not traveling to Knoxville, Sandy enjoys laying out by her pool, working out at Curves, reading Christian books, practicing sign language and watching UT football games. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a BA degree. GO BIG ORANGE!!!! Sandy and her family are active members at Kirby Woods Baptist Church.

Debbie Scott - Events Coordinator |
Debbie Scott came to the Chamber in June of 2007 as Event Coordinator. Previous to that she worked as an Event Director for the North Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Debbie, her husband Chip and son Evan, a Senior at Germantown High School, live here in Germantown.

Susan Volmer - Office Manager |
Susan Volmer came to the Chamber in March, 2006 as Office Manager. She worked for InterContinental Hotels Group and managed their trade show program for 19 years. She was born in Chicago and was transferred to Memphis by Holiday Inns, Inc. Since joining the Chamber staff she has enjoyed learning more about the City of Germantown and being involved in Chamber events and Leadership Germantown. She and her husband, Mike, have lived in Germantown since 1990.
